SPC Contact Privacy Policy

The Songbird Protection Coalition (SPC) is a charter member of the Committee to restore the dove shooting Ban and does not share or sell our dove participant member list with anyone else. Your contact information and email address will solely be used to communicate SPC and/or ballot committee information to you as it relates to the protection of the Mourning Dove in Michigan. Some information on other species of birds protected under the migratory bird treaty act may be conveyed for educational purposes.

As a participant, you will receive important information in the form of an Dove e-newsletter (3 times per year) and/or Action Alerts and Updates (as they become necessary). Your letters, phone calls, faxes, and emails to your legislators are heard and YOUR VOICE AND PARTICIPATION DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE for the continued protection of the mourning dove as a songbird in Michigan!

When you receive our action alerts, please ask friends and family to paricipate on behalf of the doves. If your friends tell their friends, and their friends tell their friends, imagine the collective impact concerned citizens will have.
